In 2019 we down sized to a 2500 sq.ft. home that needed renovations. So we planned an 1000 sq.ft addition with Linwood Custom Homes to incorporate all our wants and wishes. We recently moved into our beautiful new home built by Brad McFarlane Construction. Brad was wonderful to work with, and the quality and standards he set for his workers was amazing. The construction took place during the pandemic which added many unforeseen complexities to the process, and Brad navigated the challenges with ease. Our new home was constructed on the original family cottage footprint built in 1940 and Brad listened to what we wanted to preserve the property and its history, provided guidance and delivered. Brad was easy to reach and responsive to our calls and inquires. We would highly recommend Brad and his crew!
